new and innovative approach to mileage recording will achieve this! With our system you simply call in your travel details
and we will create and calculate your log!
There are a currently a variety of ways you can track your mileage. You can do it yourself on a
mileage log - there are plenty of examples on the web. You can download software to your computer or moble phone but
the fact remains, you still have to enter the data.
We have reduced the paperwork to a phone call. Simply
call 1-866-964-5243 and leave your trip details. The system is based on voicemail to keep your time involved at
a minimum. If you want to speak to a live person - just ask! We will return your call ASAP!.

the need for you to do mileage paperwork.
- Submit data by phone - 24/7/365.
- Call 1-866-964-5243 and leave a
voicemail with your travel details.
- Once received, we will record your data on a mileage
log customized to your needs.
- Calculations are entered into categories of your choice.
- You can record fill ups, vehicle maintenance or any other pertinent data with your travel reports.
- Don't double up! If your ending and beginning odometer readings are the same just say so on your trip report.
- Your customized log will be supplied monthly or when you require it.
- If you are behind
on your logs prior to using the service, contact us. We can make arrangements to enter your old data on a mileage log.
- The basic fee is $20. This includes 50 travel reports or 1 year of service whichever comes first. It
also includes 3 reminders and 1 mileage log.
- To ensure accurate records we will remind you if you have
not called in your mileage.
- You select the time frame
between reports and reminders.
- When you are making
your travel reports tell us of days off so we don't call you unnecessarily.
- Use reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, vehicle maintenance and other important dates.
- Keep on track with deadlines, tax and payroll dates or any other scheduled tasks.
- Choose
how you want to be reminded; land line, mobile phone, email or fax.
- You receive 3 reminders
with your $20 installment. Additional reminders are $1.00.
- Logs are customized with your categories and information. (i.e. business,
medical, salesperson, driver or license plate number)
- Add important notes
into your log.
- 1 log is included in your $20 installment. Each additional
log is $1.50 if sent by fax or email and $2.25 if sent via postal service.
