We offer a Trial Program for
2 Weeks or 15 Trip Reports Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We offer
a trial period of 2 weeks or 15 trip reports (whichever comes first) so that you will KNOW this is the service for you!
Call us, email us or send in your application so we can begin a mileage log for you - then begin using the
service. At the end of the trial period we will send you your mileage log and you can decide if you want to carry on
with the program.
- We have a basic fee of $20. This includes 50 travel
reports or 1 year of service whichever comes first.
- This
$20 installment includes 3 reminders and 1 mileage log.
- Additional Reminders are $1 and Mileage Logs are $1.50 if sent via fax or email and $2.25 if sent via postal service.
- If you have require additional reminders or logs during your installment
period we will bill you when your charges reach $10. If it is less than $10 we will include it on your next
installment.
- Billing can be done via email or postal
service - Your Choice!
- Fill out the application.
- Email it to us (press send on bottom
of form) or print it and mail it to the address listed below.
- Once we have received
your application we will contact you to verify details and will create a log customized to your needs.
- Begin your free trial period. Not only will this assure you the service is for you but it will also help us in assessing
your needs and if additional reminders are required.
- After this is completed we will invoice
you for the charges agreed upon. Remember price may vary depending on reminders and logs required.
- We can email your invoice or send it via regular mail - Your Choice! .
- Begin using the service and enjoy the freedom of being released from mileage paperwork and data entry!
