Pricing
Each Call In or Trip Report is 50¢.
Each Voicemail should be 45 seconds or less
Each
Text or Email should be 150 characters or less
If the 'Call In' exceeds these expectations additional charges
may apply.
Billing
We
bill in pre-payments of $20 or $50.
Your choose the pre-payment amount based on your usage.
US
or CAD funds are used depending on your location
We will email you a payment request when:
1) you have 5 'Call Ins' remaining on your free trial or
2) you
have $2.50 remaining from your pre-payment.
The payment request is a link for you to pay through PayPal.
Pre-payments
are non-refundable.
Mileage Logs
Mileage
logs are kept using Google Docs. This enables you to review them at any time providing you have a Google account.
If you choose to have an Excel Spreadsheet for you mileage log additional charges may apply.
Reminders
Reminders
are sent when we have not heard from you when we expect to.
3 Reminders per month are included with the service.
Additional Reminder are $1 each.
Helpful
Hint: If you wish to have other reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, car maintenance
or any other important date, request them when filling out your application.
Note: Any required taxes will be
charged. All instalments are non-refundable
