The flexibility of our
service allows you to record not only mileage but other items associated with your business such as fill ups, meals,
billable mileage just to name a few.
By incorporating ‘reminders’ into the service you dont have to worry about forgotten or missed mileage. 3 reminders
per month are included with the service. Any additional reminders are $1 each.
Use as a basic mileage tracking service. Call
in and report your odometer readings and destinations. You can view your log on Google Docs or if your prefer
we can keep an Excel Spreadsheet and sent it to you at the end of the month, completely tabulated.

Use
it as a sales tool & reminder service. When you need to remember something but
it is not convenient for you to write it down, call us. We can:
Email or fax your reminder when we receive
your message* or Email of Fax your reminder on a specific date in the future or We can note it on your mileage
log.
This puts the
information in your office where you can access it and take the necessary steps to accomplish your goals.
Helpful Hint: You can use the reminder service
for many things: follow-up visits with clients, billable hours, miscellaneous charges to clients, thank
you notes, phone numbers, car maintenance, birthdays, anniversaries, things you need to purchase, things
you need to do.
* Depending on the volume of calls our data entry personal have this may take up to approximately
2 business days.
* One item per reminder.
Use
it for payroll. If you have staff member who submit expense reports for reimbursement we
will provide your company with a tabulated spreadsheet, per employee in chronological order.
They can call in mileage, meals, fuel or any other item that
is reimbursable. Instead of spending valuable time calculating the totals and type of expense simply attach
the receipts. The totals are already calculated for you.

Use it to track your fuel
consumption. Simply call in and report how much fuel, the total price and if you wish your
odometer readings. It will be reflected in separate columns in your spread sheet.
Foster Parents
can use the service to track visits, doctor or dental appointments or any other reimbursable expense for the child.
We will sign a non-disclosure agreement with you. You may also refer to the child by his/her initials in order to protect
their privacy. We will submit your spreadsheet, with total expenses per child, to you in accordance with
the date you need to submit your ‘invoice’.
